Jada Huckaby Spent Summer Abroad in India

Columbia State Community College student, Jada Huckaby of Spring Hill, spent the summer with India as their classroom, participating in a study abroad program provided by the Tennessee Consortium for International Studies.

Huckaby and other participants of the study abroad program learned from Columbia State professors, as well as other Tennessee Board of Regents institutions. Students also earned college credit-all the while soaking in the culture and camaraderie of a foreign land.

This summer, students traveled to multiple international destinations, including Galapagos Islands, England, India, South Africa and Greece.
